​Villa nas dunas can be rented the whole year.

Rental prices

• ​January - February - March - November - December: €775/week
• April - October: €875/week
• May - June - September: €1.050/week
• July* - August*: €1.450/week

* In this month, you can only book from Saturday to Saturday (min. one week).

Reservation procedure

Step 1: Application

​Send us an e-mail with your request. Clearly state the name, phone number, email, period, number of guests, age of the guests.

​Step 2: Confirmation Availability

​We will check availability and confirm your request by mail.

​Step 3: Reservation by payment advance

​The booking will be confirmed after receipt of our confirmation email and receipt of an advance payment of 50% of the total amount.

Step 4: payment of deposit and balance of rental price (50%)

​The deposit of €750 should be transferred no later than 10 weeks before your arrival date, together with the remaining balance of the rental price (50%). If you have less than 10 weeks before date of arrival, you must pay the full amount (including deposit) upon receipt of the confirmation email.

Step 5: Refund of deposit

​After cleaning and thorough inspection of the villa, the deposit will be refunded no later than 14 days after departure.
