Rental prices

​Villa nas dunas can be rented the whole year.

• ​January - February - March - November - December: €775/week
• April - October: €875/week
• May - June - September: €1.050/week
• July* - August*: €1.450/week

* In this month, you can only book from Saturday to Saturday (min. one week).

​Included
Rent, water consumption, air conditioning and electricity, use of bed-, bath- and kitchen linen, internet Wi-Fi, large flat screen with Belgian and international channels, use of heated pool, washing machine.

​Cleaning costs are to be paid separately and amount to €175 per reservation.

​If you stay longer than a week, our employee (in Portugal) can, at a surcharge, make the beds with clean linen and prepare a clean set of towels for you and, on request, clean the house. For this service to be arranged on site with our staff member.

​Advance payment

​The advance payment amounts to 50% of the rental price and is due upon receipt of our confirmation email. The booking is confirmed when the advance payment is received.

Deposit

​The deposit amounts to 750 euros. This amount, together with the balance of the rental price, should be paid no later than 10 weeks before the date of arrival, to the following bank account number:

​The deposit will be refunded after the cleaning team has inspected the villa and no later than 14 days after departure.

Check-out until 10:30 am

​Pets are not allowed
Smoking is not allowed in the entire holiday villa.
